Communicating Science Challenge
If the Graduate School receives gifts from 130 donors, we will receive a gift of $5,000 to support the communicating science program for graduate students.

Student Assistance Challenge
If the Graduate School receives gifts from 175 donors, we will receive a gift of $7,500, the amount needed to provide a fellowship for a student to cover research and studies during the summer. Last year, the majority of the students who received these summer fellowships were able to graduate before the end of 2023.

Senior Challenge
As of 10:30am, the standings for the Senior Challenge are 1. PRISM with 73 gifts, a tie for second with SEED (Student Managed Endowment for Educational Development) and German Club Alumni Account with 31 gifts each, and 3. Catholic Campus Ministry at VT with 24 gifts! The top-3 areas with the most Senior Gift donations (from Class of 2024 graduates) will win additional funds, $3,000 for first place, $2,000 for second, and $1,000 for third!

Young Alumni Challenge
As of 10:30am, the standings for the Young Alumni Challenge are 1. Washington D.C. with 250 donors, 2. Richmond with 97 donors, 3. Triangle N.C. with 54 donors, 4. New York City with 52 donors, and 5. Charlotte with 44 donors. The top-3 areas with the most young alumni donors (Classes of 2014-2023) will receive additional funds to their chapter scholarship - $3,000 for first place, $2,000 for second, and $1,000 for third!
