Campus Planning, Infrastructure, and Facilities
Support where Hokies call home

From ensuring a constant supply of sustainable power to maintaining clean and beautiful landscaping, the Division of Campus Planning, Infrastructure, and Facilities works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure every Hokie’s experience in a Virginia Tech space feels like home.

The work performed by the division supports where Hokies live, learn, and make lifelong memories by caring for, maintaining, and developing the university’s campuses across the Commonwealth of Virginia and beyond.

The division provides safe, inclusive, accessible, sustainable, mission-centric, partner-focused, and cost-effective spaces that preserve, foster, compliment, and advance Virginia Tech’s distinct senses of place and service.

How you can help:

Campus Beautification Fund

Dedicated to the enhancement of Virginia Tech’s campus aesthetics, the Campus Beautification Fund supports the division’s ongoing efforts to further Virginia Tech’s unique sense of place.

Your generosity has helped develop critical landscaping projects near the Blacksburg campus’ iconic spaces including Torgersen Bridge, Eggleston, and Ag quads, and more.

This year, leave a lasting legacy on Virginia Tech’s historic Upper Quad by joining our long-term campaign to create a new gateway wall that will signify a distinct entrance to the Blacksburg campus at the corners of Turner and Old Turner streets. Your gift will help students, employees, and alumni feel at home the minute they arrive on campus.

CPIF Sustainability Fund

The CPIF Sustainability Fund supports the Office of Sustainability’s efforts in the implementation of Virginia Tech’s Climate Action Commitment.

Your generosity has helped further the integration of the Climate Action Commitment into the university’s educational mission and engage more students in sustainability-focused experiential learning opportunities.

Your gift will help diminish barriers to sustainable behavior on Virginia Tech’s Blacksburg campus by supporting sustainable student internship and experiential learning opportunities and zero-waste implementation efforts.
