Help VCE and 4-H grow a legacy of leaders

Virginia Cooperative Extension is the outreach and education arm of Virginia’s land-grant universities, Virginia Tech and Virginia State University. Our people are our strength and we care about the communities we serve. Our impact rests on their search for knowledge, and the lengths they’ll go to share it. You’ll find Extension agents constantly moving within their counties to train and bring the latest research to local people and businesses. And you’ll find local volunteers putting in the hours to master their passions and serve their communities. With your support today, we can equip the people of the commonwealth with the knowledge, skills, and personal and social empowerment to thrive in the face of issues that affect their daily lives.

4-H: Together we are putting youth first!

Help us grow Virginia’s next generation of leaders. Virginia Cooperative Extension’s positive youth development program, Virginia 4-H, prepares youth with life skills to become leaders in their communities and empower them to solve local complex challenges. As mentors, 4-H agents and volunteers help youth find their voice, their strengths, and the pursuits that fulfill them. Donate today and help give kids across the commonwealth the chance to do with purpose through hands-on learning. Your support will help kids learn by doing, grow from failure and develop the skills they need to handle what life throws their way. Today, we need your help to give even more kids the support and encouragement they need to thrive. Let’s watch them make the world a better place for us all.

  • $25 – National 4-H STEM Challenge Kit
  • $60 — 4-H Camp in a Box
  • $100- 4-H Curriculum Set for Agriculture, STEM, Healthy Living, or Civic Engagement
  • $350 — Send a Kid to Camp - "Since my first day at 4-H camp, 4-H has been my home away from home, my place to belong, and my all-around happy place. Before 4-H, I was a very shy child without a lot of friends. Now, I have a huge family. I've been able to grow from an unsure confident girl into a confident, outgoing, powerful, and independent woman. 4-H has given me the leadership, teamwork, and volunteerism skills that I have applied in life both inside and outside of the program.
