The College of Architecture and Urban Studies (CAUS) at Virginia Tech is a global leader in art, architecture, design, construction, planning, and public and international affairs. Through hands-on student learning, dedicated faculty, research, and industry partnerships, our programs prepare CAUS graduates to tackle the most pressing problems of tomorrow.
Throughout our four schools, CAUS curricula focus on adaptive thinking, creative problem solving, and community outreach and engagement that leads to real-world results. We strive to provide practical, experiential learning opportunities for our students that enable the exploration of big ideas and differentiate their skillsets in industry. With your support, we can provide more of these exciting opportunities to more CAUS students.
Your gift makes a difference!
Every gift to CAUS on Giving Day matters. Whether you’re a first-time donor or long-time supporter, your generosity helps support these types of enrichment:
- $10 aids is the purchase of special equipment and tools necessary to ensure student safety while continuing to learn on campus
- $50 provides transportation to and from regional student-led design-build projects like the New River Train Observatory in Radford allowing students to gain invaluable experience while meeting a community need
- $100 will waive the application fee for a prospective underrepresented student to our School of Public and International Affairs
Your gift on Giving Day can also inspire others to support these opportunities for CAUS students. Sign up to be a Giving Day Ambassador and help spread the word to your networks – tell them why you give and how even small gifts make a big difference for our students!
