Help Hokie student-athletes "Reach for Excellence" by signing up as a TRIUMPH TOGETHER Ambassador. As an ambassador, you help create excitement about the campaign before and during the campaign. Ambassadors are asked to do the following in support of TRIUMPH TOGETHER from September 1st-September 3rd.
1. Make your gift from September 1, 2021-September 3, 2021. If you are an active Hokie Club member for 2021-22, you are already making a difference in the lives of our student-athletes and continuing the positive momentum of Virginia Tech Athletics. By making an additional gift of any size between September 1-September 3, you can maximize the impact you have on the Hokies' future success.
2. Email your networks and ask them to join you in making a gift during the campaign. Sample email messages and suggested timeline are in the Ambassador toolkit that you'll be able to access once you sign up. We are Stronger Together as we Drive for 25,000 members and all of Hokie Nation is needed to reach this goal!
3. Spread the word. Talk about TRIUMPH TOGETHER on your own social media outlets: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Use your custom URL to track how many gifts you personally bring in from your network. The more excitement we can build through social media engagement, the more successful we will be in achieving our goal.
As a registered ambassador, you will use the personalized link from your Ambassador Dashboard to encourage others to give. Throughout the day, you will receive insider Ambassador Updates and be able to track your impact on the campaign in your customized Ambassador Dashboard as gifts come in.
The top 5 Ambassadors who convert the largest number of donors from their unique link on TRIUMPH TOGETHER will have an opportunity to choose from these exclusive Virginia Tech Athletics' experiences:
- 2 Pregame sideline passes for Enter Sandman (Game TBD)
- 2 Courtside Table tickets for men's basketball game versus ACC opponent (Team/Date TBD) + VIP parking
- 4 Indoor Club tickets for the Football game of your choice (MTSU, Richmond, Syracuse, Duke) + Choice of Zone A parking
