Ambassadors are the champions of Giving Day. Last year, ambassador efforts accounted for 40 percent of all Giving Day gifts – that’s more than 10,500 gifts! – making it our most successful celebration of Hokie Spirit yet!

As a Giving Day ambassador, you are key to fueling excitement about the day. Ambassadors are asked to:
- Sign up for 2025's Giving Day! Ambassadorships do not carry over from one Giving Day to the next. Please renew your support to join in this year.
- Make a gift on Giving Day and encourage your networks to do the same.
- Spread the word using resources in the toolkit through social media and email. Use your custom URL to track how many gifts you personally bring in from your network.
