College of Agriculture and Life Sciences
Join us to create healthy food, people, and communities.

The College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) is the heart of Virginia Tech’s land-grant mission. Through our teaching, research, and outreach, we work to build a better future for Virginia and communities around the world.

Every day, our faculty, staff, and students are working to solve real-world, complex challenges facing agriculture, economies, human and animal health, and the environment – and preparing the next generations of problem solvers.

We can’t do this vital work without your help.

With your Giving Day donation, you can support the area of CALS that’s closest to your heart. Your gifts make a difference – whether its sponsoring scholarships, experiential learning, and internship opportunities for students; helping CALS researchers make scientific breakthroughs; or enabling Virginia Cooperative Extension and our Agricultural Research and Extension Centers to bring programs and innovations to local communities.

The impact of your gift, no matter the size, elevates the work we do that makes a difference in the well-being of our students, fellow Virginians, and people around the world.

Thank you for your help to make Giving Day a success.
