Help Hokie Students Thrive: Your Impact on Student Affairs

From the moment our students first step onto campus to the day they proudly walk across the graduation stage, Student Affairs is there, shaping nearly every aspect of the student experience. Our mission is to foster an inclusive environment where every student can thrive.

Your generous gifts empower Student Affairs to support every Hokie in their journey at Virginia Tech. By contributing, you help us nurture the leaders of tomorrow. Here’s how your donation can make a difference:

Student Affairs Annual Fund

This fund supports the highest priorities and programs of our vice president, focusing on developing students into the leaders our world needs. Your contributions here are crucial for addressing the most pressing needs and opportunities as they arise.

Hokie Family Annual Fund

This fund is dedicated to educating students about Hokie traditions and supporting transition programs like Gobblerfest, Weeks of Welcome, and alcohol-free weekend programming. These initiatives help students feel connected and engaged from the very start of their college journey.

Your donations can also support vital programs and services, ensuring every Hokie has the resources to succeed. Today, you can contribute to:

  • Animal-Assisted Therapy and Cook Counseling Center for mental health support.
  • Cranwell International Center for global perspectives and intercultural competence.
  • Dining Services and Fraternity and Sorority Life, both, foster student development and a sense of community.
  • Hokie Wellness, New Student and Family Programs, and Recreational Sports for well-being and healthy lifestyles.
  • Interfaith Program for dialogue and relationship building.
  • The Market of Virginia Tech for food assistance.
  • Residential Well-being and Schiffert Health Center for campus health and supportive living.
  • Recovery Community for addiction recovery support.
  • Services for Students with Disabilities for necessary accommodations.
  • Student Engagement and Campus Life for events and leadership development.
  • Student Emergency Fund for financial assistance.
  • VT Engage for civic leadership and service-learning.
