The InclusiveVT Excellence Award directly improves the recruitment success, and retention and graduation rates of Black, Latinx, and other students from under-represented and minority communities.

In the face of the pandemic, financial insecurity, and growing numbers of students with need, this opportunity underscores the importance Virginia Tech puts on these students and their success.
