Pamplin College of Business

Ten Times the Impact in 2022

The steps are simple, the impact is big. You decide how much to give. You decide where to direct your dollars within Pamplin. Your choice! Giving to individual departments, centers, or student organizations allows you to direct your donation to your fund of choice. You will be counted once toward our goal. Make a gift, and then invite two others or more to join you in giving!

Pamplin’s Giving Day goal for 2022 is 2,116 unique donors giving to the college. This day is all about making a difference by showing up and sharing out. Your gift, no matter the size, will help us reach our goal and support Pamplin students.

PAMPLIN $100,000 LEADERBOARD

Give to a Pamplin unit on Giving Day and help them win up to $20,000 through our Pamplin Leaderboard. The top 10 units with the most unique donors on Giving Day will receive additional funds.

Bonus: All Pamplin departments and Pamplin's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging program will get an equal share of additional total bonus funds of $14,000 when Pamplin reaches 2,116 donors for Giving Day.
(Many thanks to our 2022 Leaderboard donors who made this possible).

CHALLENGE BONUS

This year, your gift will also automatically unlock additional dollars for the Global Business and Analytics Complex, an initiative that will bring students and faculty together in collaborative work environments for hands-on learning and research. Pamplin's new location within the complex will feature team rooms, state of the art classrooms, and labs that will greatly benefit Pamplin students. (Thank you to Mary McVay for sponsoring this challenge).

Central Challenges: Any central challenges won by Pamplin throughout Giving Day will be shared with all units participating in Giving Day.

Virginia Tech is ranked No. 25 for entrepreneurship programs by Princeton Review. Entrepreneurship programs and coursework at Virginia Tech are anchored by a partnership between the Apex Center for Entrepreneurs and the Department of Management.
