Drive for 25 Blitz

Over the past three years, the Virginia Tech men’s soccer program has ascended to new heights, winning 10 games or more and making the NCAA tournament each season, including 2016’s historic run to the Elite Eight. The program also reached the second round in 2017 and was a national seed in 2018, reaching the Sweet Sixteen. Four different student-athletes have earned All-ACC accolades and two Hokies have been selected in the MLS Draft.

During this three-year run, Tech has been dominant at home at Thompson Field, with the Hokies owning an 18-8-2 record.

YOUR support on Drive for 25 Day will assist our program in many aspects including:

• International Trip - Next summer, Men's Soccer will take their second ever international trip to Costa Rica. The men will play three games, take in Costa Rica culture, participate in team development activities and spend a day doing community service.

• Our continuous efforts in international recruiting as we work to get the best soccer players and top students to come to Blacksburg and succeed as Hokies!

• Provide funds for staff positions to ensure our student-athletes and coaching staff are efficiently and effectively operating to move the program forward.
