Virginia Tech Giving Day 2021
Men's Basketball

As we welcome new head coach Mike Young and his staff, the Hokies look to continue their momentum in the always-tough Atlantic Coast Conference. Virginia Tech Carilion Court at Cassell Coliseum affords the program one of the great home-court advantages in college basketball.

The academic prowess of this team has emerged as one of the top programs on campus. In the recent past, this team has seen increased academic honors and new highs in grade-point averages. This group expects to do well on the court, in the classroom and in the community.

YOUR support on Drive for 25 Day will go toward enhancing the Virginia Tech men's basketball experience for our student-athletes. From the moment they step on campus as a recruit to the day they graduate, the young men who come through our program will be better because of the enhancements we can make through support on Drive for 25 Day.

"My scholarship allows me to be on this beautiful campus, each and every day. Most people don’t have the chance to have a campus like ours. Another great thing is my scholarship allows me to play basketball at the highest-level and to meet friends that I will have for the rest of my life.”

- Wabissa Bede, sophomore
