Dave Cianelli built Virginia Tech Track & Field and Cross Country into a legitimate power not only in the ACC, but in the entire country. The Hokies swept the ACC Indoor Championships for both men and women for the second straight year, and brought home an outdoor individual national title from Julia Fixsen in the pole vault. Tech is poised for more team and individual success in the 2023-2024 academic year. Make a gift toward this program to help supplement the Hokies’ plans to upgrade the Rector Field House and to provide the student-athletes with updated developmental technology.
“I wish to thank the Hokie Club for all the support they have provided for our program throughout the years. This financial support helps our program maintain a high level of performance in the classroom and on the track. Without support from donors, we would not have won the 21 ACC team championships since 2007. Thanks again for everything you do for our program.”
