Common Questions

Is my contribution tax deductible?

Any donations made toward sport-specific programs are considered tax-deductible as prescribed by law. Due to pending IRS legislation, gifts to the Hokie Scholarship Fund are NOT considered tax-deductible. Please consult with your tax advisor regarding further tax advice.

Is there a minimum donation?

You can make a gift of $25 or more to participate in Drive for 25 Day and be counted as a Hokie Club member. For Hokie Scholarship Fund donors, the minimum donation is $100 to be an active HSF donor and receive benefits for the 2019-20 benefits cycle.
