At the Center for the Arts at Virginia Tech, we see every day how the arts bring people together. Elementary students gasp in delight as the lights dim and the curtain rises for the very first time.

A college student pauses in our galleries, inspired by an artist’s vision that helps them see the world in a new way. Friends, families, and neighbors gather to share joy, reflection, and connection.

These are all moments that stay with people long after they leave our building. That’s the power of shared experiences. Your Giving Day support helps us welcome global artists and audiences, expand access to meaningful arts experiences, and foster connections across generations.

Together, we make the arts a shared experience that enriches lives, builds understanding, and strengthens our community. 

All Giving Day donations to the Center for the Arts will be recognized in the 2026-2027 season performance programs.
