At the Pamplin College of Business, students are engaging in the classroom and through experiential learning opportunities to be the most career-ready business leaders in the country from day one. On Giving Day 2026, your gift to any of our 50 areas supports the Pamplin+ Challenge. When we reach 3,000 unique donors, $5,000 will be unlocked. When we reach 4,500, another $5,000 will be unlocked. If we achieve our goal of reaching 6,262 donors on Giving Day 2026, an additional $10,000 will be unlocked to support Pamplin students!

We have dozens of generous Hokies who have already stepped up by supporting our Giving Day Leaderboard. Together, they provide the resources to support the Top 10 Leaderboard Challenge — #1 prize is $20,000 — as well as the Pamplin Beat Your Best competition, Ambassador Challenges, and the Pamplin+ Challenge.

Pamplin Top-10 Leaderboard
All Pamplin departments, programs, and initiatives will win a share of Pamplin Leaderboard challenge funds. $100,000 will be awarded to the top 10 units with the most donors to their area with 1st place receiving $20,000 aggregated down to 10th place receiving $2,000. Following Giving Day, Pamplin will award special bonuses to units #11-38 on the Leaderboard: When Pamplin reaches 3,000 unique donors, an additional $250 will be unlocked for units #11-38 on the Leaderboard. When Pamplin reaches its goal of 3,400 unique donors, an additional $250 will be unlocked for all units #11-38 on the Leaderboard for a total of $500 for each.
